What we collect

When you submit a contact form, subscribe to a newsletter or request a briefing, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, work email, company and message. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties for their marketing.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your enquiry, coordinate briefings and — if you subscribe — send occasional research and product updates. You can request that we delete your record at any time by contacting adam@arqlus.com.

How it is stored

Contact submissions are stored in an operational database used only by Arqlus. Access is limited to Arqlus personnel. Transactional email delivery is handled by a specialised third-party email provider under a data-processing agreement.

Cookies and analytics

The public website uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregated traffic patterns. We do not sell analytics data. Where cookies are used, they are strictly necessary for the site to operate.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing adam@arqlus.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, additional statutory rights may apply.
